PNG Police officers off to attend conference in Australia

THREE PNG police officers are off to attend the 7th Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference in Melbourne, Australia.
The three police officers are Chief Superintendent Robert Ali (Director Internal Affairs), Inspector Apollos Terry (OIC Minor Crimes – Gordons), and Policewoman Sergeant Cecilia Aili (Bougainville Police Service). They were accompanied by Detective Superintendent Shane McLennan of the PNG-Australian Policing Partnership.
The officers flew out of Port Moresby this morning and will be attending the 7th Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference from the 29–31st October 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Papua New Guinea will be among participants from Australia and New Zealand. The trip was organised by the PNG-Australia Policing Partnership program.
