Mangos Termination stayed

Sacked PNG Power Limited Executive Director John Mangos’ termination was temporarily stayed by the National Court today allowing him to remain on the PNG Power payroll until next Thursday when the matter returns to court.

Acting judge Danajo Koeget adjourned the matter to next week to allow for PNG Power lawyers to come prepared as they had yet to obtain practicing certificates for this year.

Both parties appeared today to further argue the termination of Mr. Mangos and his removal from the PNG Power Payroll.
