MEMBER SEYMOUR INVOLVED IN NASTY ACCIDENT

The member for Huon Gulf Ross Seymour was involved in a nasty road accident this afternoon in Lae after an allegedly drunken driver tried to over-take another vehicle and made a head-on collision with the member’s vehicle.

Reports suggest that he and his son were driving home when the accident occurred . He is at the Lae International Hospital while his son, who is believed to be in a critical condition, is at Angau Memorial Hospital. His officers are organizing to have them transferred to Pacific International Hospital in Port Moresby this evening.
