Ipape, Nima named inPNG Kumuls starting line up to face England Knights

Debutants Edwin Ipape and Brandon Nima have been named in the PNG LNG Kumuls starting line- up for the first of the two game International series against England Knights in Lae this Saturday.

Nima will wear the No.5 on his back while Ipape will don the No. 6 on his back jumper in front of his home crowd.

Fellow debutants Dilbert Isaac and Zev John will come off the interchange bench with Woods Kawage as the 18th man. Coach Michael Marum announced the team after yesterday’s training session in Port Moresby.

The team left for Lae yesterday. Tickets are currently on sale for K50 a person and can be bought at Andersons Eriku, Foodmart Top Town and Brian Bell Home Centre at Lae Market.

No tickets will be sold at the gates on game-day.

The curtain raiser this Saturday that kicks off at 12.15pm will see the Lae Snax Academy U20 against the Lae Rugby League U20 side.

The main game between the PNG LNG Kumuls and England Knights will start at 3pm at the Lae Rugby League ground.
