Brother sets family home on fire

A house belonging to a family in Port Moresby went up in flames today after one of the family member set it on fire.

The neighbors told EMTV news, an argument between siblings, a brother and sister resulted in the brother setting fire to a curtain in one of the rooms. He was taken by the police soon after firemen put out the flames.

Although the firemen were at the scene, they were not quick enough to save the house.

Three other houses within the fence rented by other families were not affected by the fire. No one was hurt during the incident. EMTV/ONE PNG
