FranklinCovey PNG celebrates partnership with CASA

The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) signed an agreement for a yearlong partnership with training and consultancy company FranklinCovey PNG last Friday.

FranklinCovey is the worldwide leaders in achieving personal and organisational results through programs targeting mindsets, skillsets and toolsets to effect positive changes in human behaviour.

In his statement during the signing of the All Access Pass Plus Agreement, CASA CEO Mr Wilson Sagati, said that his board were excited and supported this type of innovative training that all their staff can undertake in 2018 and beyond.

Mr Sagati said that his staff had developed good strategies but critical goals and objectives kept falling short or not completed and identified excellent execution as one of the gaps that FranklinCovey will deliver on as it is one of their specialised areas of expertise.

He said that he was happy to start building a ‘winning culture’ with his team using the All Access Pass portal.

The agreement for the All Access Pass Plus gives CASA employees access to all of FranklinCovey’s training content online, live and on-demand. CASA employees now have direct access to training within the content areas of Leadership, Execution, Trust, Productivity, Sales Performance and  Customer Loyalty.
