More housing project for Port Moresby


A new major housing project is set to take place in Port Moresby following a ground breaking ceremony today.
The Touaguba Hill Paradise project is the work of NPL Development Ltd and the site will comprise of three building apartments with 9 levels to cater for the increase demand for housing and accommodation in the city.
“The project with a construction area of 23, 373.70 square meters will cost K90million and target to handover to its clients by June 2018,” said the developer’s Managing Director Mr. Dato’ Jimmy Poh.
“The development of Touaguba Hill Paradise is a collaboration of international team of designers and real estate firm to deliver a very well thought out living space with style and flair,” he added.
The Touaguba Hill Paradise will be a fully furnished apartment with classy and distinctive interiors and an array of facilities that will bring a modern style of living for tenants.
Meanwhile, NCD Governor Powes Parkop when opening the project appreciated it saying that it gives an impression that the economic situation in the country is alright showing foreign investors still eager to invest in PNG.
However, he said the most important thing he appreciates about this new project is the job it will create and provide for the many local skilled workers in the city. PNGFM
