Credit Corporation PNG Limited appoints Sir Wilson Kamit as Chairman
Credit Corporation PNG Limited has appointed Sir Wilson Kamit as its new board chairman following resignation by his predecessor Garth Mcllwain.
Sir Wilson will chair Credit Corporation including its subsidiary companies such as Credit Corporation Finance, Credit House Limited, Era Dorina and Era Matana Limited.
Company Secretary Rennie Wekina said Mr Mcllwain remains a director of the company until the next Annual General Meeting of the company.
Mr Wekina also stated in his letter to Port Moresby Stock Exchange that Credit Corporation has resolved not to continue with the on market Share-Buyback.
He said this was to allow the Share-Buyback to expire naturally on December 4th, 2015.
