CPL donates office space to PNG WCCI

The newly established PNG Women’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry has received a Christmas and timely gift from City Pharmacy Limited (CPL) that will boost its performance in empowering women in the informal business sector.

CPL today presented keys to 2 office spaces which will be leased for free to the PNG Women’s Chamber of Commerce for a period of 15 years.

CPL Corporate Service Responsibility Manager Marlene Dutta on behalf of CPL Chairman Mahesh Patel officially handed over the keys to the representatives from PNG WCCI. Dutta said CPL is committed to community work, helping and recognizing women in business and this is part of its community work.

CPL has been working closely with Women in Business to get women in the informal sector empowered to be competitive and to come up with marketable products.
