Lawyer arrested in sex scandal

 A lawyer has been arrested and detained for allegedly taking revenge on his former wife by circulating photos on social media of them having sex, Port Moresby Met Supt Benjamin Turi said yesterday.
The lawyer has been charged with circulating  indecent photos and indecent words on Facebook after his wife ran away from him and married another man.
The photos went viral.
Turi said the lawyer met the former wife at  Morata and he allegedly tried to force her to return by threatening to post the photos on Facebook.
He allegedly posted and circulated the explicit photos,” police said.
The woman reported the matter to police, resulting in the lawyer being arrested and detained. The wife said that the man used to threaten her for sex and then recorded and took photos of their sessions with mobile phones.
The lawyer is expected to appear in court today.
