Fiji police investigate death of New Zealand businesswoman

Investigation is underway, into the currently classified as unnatural death, of Julie Alexander - Founder of the International Rugby Academy of Fiji (IRAFJ).

 After which it will be forwarded to the resident magistrate for inquest. Alexander, a Fiji Born also holding a New Zealand passport, was taken to the hospital on Saturday and passed away the next day.

Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro said “If there is any allegations of foul play, it will be investigated by the officers. But at the moment, it is the circumstances around the way she was found and everything, that’s why it is currently being classified as an attempted suicide case”
