Agmark Gurias optimistic to win Semi-final match against Vipers

The 2013 Digicel Cup reigning premiers, Agmark Gurias, are optimistic to win today's semi-final match against the Vipers in Port Moresby.

Coach Michael Marum says Gurias have played three consecutive games against the Vipers and have won all of them and he's confident his boys will also win this game.

Marum says he will be counting on the experience of his team to take the game.

He will be fielding in the same line-up that took on the Bintangor Lahanis last weekend.

The team will be captained by half-back, Ase Boaz, and will be assisted by Dion Aye.

Marum says the team will play today's game as a grand final match.

Meantime, Franchise owner, Agmark company says Gurias supporters will be out in numbers today to back their team in the do or die match against the Vipers.

Franchise Manager, Kevin Wright says, they are hopeful for the team to take on the Lahanis in the finals on Sunday.

He says this has been a tremendous season for the Gurias and the Agmark company is looking at continuing its support for the next 10 years.

Mr. Wright without revealing much says they are looking forward to the team participating in more overseas matches in Australia for exposure.
