West Papuan leader Benny Wenda thank PIF

The United Liberation Movement of West Papua, says it is grateful the 46th Pacific Islands Forum meeting was held in Port Moresby, giving them a leeway to propel their issue of rights abuse into prominence.
The group's spokesman, Benny Wenda, is continuing his urge for solidarity among Pacific Island leaders to push for the establishment of a fact finding mission into human rights abuses in West Papua.
Mr. Wenda is also asking the United Nations to put West Papua on the Decolonization List and appoint a special Envoy for them.
