Bieber 'gropes' female fan’s breast

Justin Bieber has been photographed cupping the breast of a female fan during a post-show meet-and-greet in Miami.

The woman – who has been identified as Jocelyn – addressed the pic on Twitter saying: "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN’S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA I CANT (sic)".

She explained, "Let me clear this up for people who can’t read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs (sic)"

"I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there."

Bieber’s rep insists the recently single star wasn’t trying to cop a quick feel.

"That definitely did not happen...He was pulling away from her," the rep tells E! Online, calling it "ridiculous" that Biebs may have been inappropriate.

While Bieber hasn’t commented on the controversy, he did Tweet: "alot of bs has been out there lately...seems like it never stops. answering for myself thru music. to everyone around the world. thanks for believing. I AM GRATEFUL." yahoo.com
