Justin Olam accepts contract offer from Melbourne Storms

Exciting Hunters speedster and PNG International Justin Olam  has been offered a two year contract to play for Melbourne Storms in the NRL in 2017 and 2018 seaons.
If all goes well, Olam could be following in the footsteps of former Kumuls and Storms winger Marcus Bai.
According to the PNGRFL CEO Mr Bob Cutmore who made the announcement today, Olam will be undergoing a full Medical Examination with Doctors next Monday and if he manages to pass the test his contract will be registered under NRL.

Olam has been under the watchful eyes of Storms Coach, Craig Bellamy following his consistent performance for the Hunters week-in week-out in the Intrust Super Cup competition this year.
His transition from Digicel Cup last year into the SP PNG Hunters this year has seen the young lad from Simbu also making his debut for the PNG Kumuls this month during the NRL Pacific Test.
