U17 PNG Soccer Girls leave for World Cup Qualifiers in Cook Islands

The Papua New Guinea Nation U17 Girls soccer team has left for Cook Islands today to take part in the 2016 World Cup Oceania Qualifiers for their division.
The team of 20 girls captained by 17 year old Margaret Joseph is led by head coach Margaret Aka and Assistant coach Cathy Wamapiri.
Assistant coach Wamapiri says the team has been training hard for the qualifiers and they hope to make PNG proud by getting qualified for the 2016 U17 World Cup which will be held in Jordan later this year.
