Catholic Bishops Conference for PNG and Solomon Xmas Message
Christmas is a celebration of the family as Christ was born into a family in order to show the importance of the family; Christmas must be a time of order and peace in the family and community.
Catholic Bishops Conference for PNG and Solomon Island General Secretary Fr. Victor Roche gave his Christmas message and stated that Christmas is a time of Joy and it’s a Joy-filled season because we see colorful decorations in stores, houses, offices, and churches.
"But many times it is an artificial Joy; Artificial happiness because the real joy of Christmas will be felt when reconciliation are done in families, clans and communities," he said.
Also thinking of those who have being affected by the frost, drought and other calamities and those sick or heart-broken
