The President of Palau Tommy Remengesau, has paid tribute to El Nino victims in the Highlands region.
President Remengesau, says while leaders across the Pacific are enjoying this beautiful and vibrant country, it is also timely to remember the extreme hardships faced by those affected.
He says this sort of disaster gives an even more added sense of urgency to address the Climate Change issue.
