PNG Opposition leader Don Polye on PIF agendas

Climate Change and West Papua are the two topics that PNG Opposition wants pacific island leaders to seriously discuss ways of addressing at the Pacific Island Forum (PIF).
Opposition Leader, Don Polye made this known today at a press conference when highlighting the impacts these two issues have on the pacific.
He says the solution for climate change issues, is for pacific leaders to push for Australia and New Zealand (NZ) to take the lead in addressing it when pacific nations push for extreme measures to reduce climate change effects, such as carbon trading.
Also the West Papua human rights issues and independence move must be discussed thoroughly.
Polye is calling on PIF to push it to the United Nations and also asks Australia and NZ not to shy away from this issue, but also show their support for West Papua's self determination.
