Polling for the 2015 ABG General Elections commences

Polling for the 2015 ABG General Elections commenced today and to ensure the people are informed on the progress of the polling, the Acting electoral commissioner for Bougainville George Manu will be holding daily media conferences to provide regular updates on the progress of the polling.
This daily media conference which started today will be held every day at 1400 hours Bougainville Standard Time.
This daily media conference also provides a regular opportunity for media personnel to raise questions directly with the acting electoral commissioner on behalf of their audiences.
Present also for this first daily media conference was the PNG Electoral commissioner Andrew Trawen who arrived in Bougainville this afternoon.
According to Mr. Trawen, he is here in the region to provide moral support to his colleague Mr. Manu during this election and also to observe the polling. Dawn FM
